11th Marines Train Ahead for Law Enforcement Duties in Iraq.

TRG trains USMC in the essentials of Close Quarters Battle

Dateline: MCB Camp Pendleton, CA

By Christopher Ballard (NPO Staff Writer)

In January of 2005  TRG,  A third party military and law enforcement contractor and consulting firm, was invited to Marine Corps Base at Camp Pendleton, California to instruct U.S. Marines who are about to be deployed to Iraq and charged with urban Law Enforcement duties.

About 30 Marines from the 11th Marines participated in a rigorous 2 day course that focused on advanced close combat techniques and other essential law enforcement tactics that will be needed in the chaotic streets of urban Iraq.

Sergeant Eugene “Bud” LeMay from Wheaton, IL commented that the training that TRG provided was the best he had ever seen.

TRG’s “Close Combat Training Module” was specifically developed for the U.S. military and law enforcement tactical units who employ TRG's services as consultants and instructors world wide.
